I have always struggled to keep my weight down and even though i eat exceptionally healthily the weight i lose always creeps back on again. I find the BMI calculators frustrating because they do not take into account body shape and i would like to know if anyone knows a more accurate way of calculating what is a healthy weight range.
i am currently 202lb (14st 9) and 5ft 7. I know that this is over what i need to be but here comes the other bit! I have the most massive boobs ever about 3 sizes bigger than Jordons and when i have lost weight in the past these have not gotten smaller which suggests that they are not made up of fat. I also have a large frame. Please could someone let me know or suggest a website that will give me a realistic and accurate weight range for my body shape?
Sorry! Forgot to say, im 23
I know a lot of women have a problem figuring out what their ideal weight should be for their body type and not just their height. Muscle and bones weigh more than fat does, and taller girls with larger frames naturally weigh more. If you can categorize your body type, then I found a site where some weights are listed according to both body type and height. According to that, a large framed female of your height should weigh around 143 - 163 lbs. Its not for all ages though, so if you would’ve stated your age it would’ve been easier. You may have some work to do, but I doubt its approaching obesity or anything.
Check out the link below

your 5ft 7in and you weigh 202 pounds your bmi is 31.6 that means in the obese range how old are you the ideal weight for your height is between 127 pounds and 159 pounds you should weigh between 123 pounds and 137 pounds
the normal bmi for females

Try fitday.com, first of all. The food calculator, and all those other tools are great.
BMI can be inconsistant, yes, but it’s problem, mainly, is taking into account bodybuilders, etc. People who can be a lot more dense. I know breasts and bone structure can make a difference, but it’s most likely negligable. It’s probably fairly accurate for you.
I mean, if you are 202 and 5′7, what are you expecting to find?

See this Web site <>.http://www.caloriesperhour.com/>. However, your boobs *ARE* fat, the fact they don’t shrink means nothing. I have a friend who has shrunk from 28st to 15, but she has only gone from a 56LL to a 34J. She’s currently attempting to lose another 2st so that she can have a boob job on the NHS. My friend was told that her boobs weigh about a stone each!! They can calculate them at the hospital, apparently.
Maybe have a chat with your GP to see if the same could be arranged for you. It is possible because oversized boobs have other health implications - I bet you suffer from severe backache, don’t you..?
Can I be *REALLY* personal and ask what size bra you take…? You can email me if you don’t want to say here.
